Russian River Brewing Company  Windsor, CA

Construction management and owner representation for the Owner’s of a new 120,000 sf brewery and hospitality destination in Windsor California.  The project was delivered on a fast track project delivery method.     CDS-Inc teamed with ArchiLOGIX to act as owners’  representatives and construction managers for the 15‐month project.  The project was very complicated due  to the nature of the RRBC brewing process and required early coordination, management and design with  multiple equipment vendors from Germany and Italy supplying the brewhouse, open top fermenters, closed  fermenters and automated bottling line.  CDS-Inc and ArchLOGIX were tasked with not only putting together an excellent  design team but also worked through a Multi‐Prime project delivery method by also selecting the entire  construction team as well.  Despite delays due to weather and resource acquisition after the tragic Sonoma  County fires in October 2017, the project was delivered on time and to a very successful Grand Opening in  October of 2018.
