OMA Village – Affordable Housing in Marin County

CDS-Inc was engaged to manage the construction of 14 rental homes located in Novato CA.   Responsibilities included providing full time on-site supervision of all trades, and managing the project schedule and budget.     Services at the OMA Village  focus particularly on children, including a homework club, room for tutoring and family activities in our community building.
