The Waterloo Clinic is a state of the art 11,500 sf OSHPD3 Health Clinic located in Stockton Ca.  The clinic has 6 dental operatories and  12 exam rooms.

Construction and Development Solutions scope of services included:

• Conducting a Property Condition Assessment of the existing building prior to the client purchasing the property.
• Management of the master project schedule and budget.
• Selecting and managing a group of experienced consultants to design and permit the project.

• Issuing an RFP for General Contracting services, negotiating the final contract terms with the General Contractor and managing the construction of the project through completion.
• Assisting with the dental and medical equipment purchase and installations.
